A biopic on Telangana CM and TRS party supremo KCR has been in the news for a long time. Tollywood filmmaker Sreedhar Reddy had announced the project nearly two years ago, but there has been no update on it ever since. In a latest interview, Sreedhar Reddy revealed that the project is very much on and that the script has been locked already.
“It’s been my long-cherished dream to make a film on KCR’s life. I’m planning to make the film as a pan-Indian project and nearly Rs 20 crore will be spent on it. I have kept the film aside due to budget constraints. If things fall into place someday, I’ll make the film in such a way that every Telangana person will feel proud of the great leader,” Sreedhar said.
