Karthi’s Japan is scheduled for Diwali 2023 release. While the actor is busy with dubbing works of Japan, a new rumor about his possible collaboration with director Pa. Ranjith is making waves on the internet. Karthi and Pa. Ranjith have already worked on a film named Madras.
The latest buzz suggests that the actor-director will reunite for a film that will be bankrolled by Studio Green. The official announcement is expected to come out in 2024, as per the gossip. To note, Karthi was supposed to play the lead role in Pa. Ranjith’s Sarpatta Parambarai (Sarpatta Parampara in Telugu).
Pa. Ranjith is currently occupied with the post-production works of Vikram’s Thangalaan. Also, he will be directing Sarappata Parambarai 2 soon. On the other hand, Karthi has a project with 96 director C Prem Kumar. Also, Sardar 2 is in the pre-production stage. Will Pa. Ranjith and Karthi really reunite? Only time will tell us that.
