Earlier, this year released period crime drama, Palasa 1978 got rave reviews from the critics. Director Karuna Kumar’s raw and intense stylish of making brought him a chance to do a film in reputed production house Geetha Arts.
Meanwhile, Kabali director Pa. Ranjith, who happened to watch the film heaped praises on director Karuna Kumar. Ranjith took to Twitter and wrote: “Palasa1978, One of the very important movies from the Telugu film industry. It is very bold, raw and very clearly discussed Dalit perspective.
