After wrapping up more than forty percent of the film, Bollywood star John Abraham’s new film, Satyameva Jayate was stalled in the month of March. Recently, the film’s shoot resumed and currently, a crucial schedule is underway in Lucknow.
Initially, the makers announced that the film will hit the screens in October. But due to Corona pandemic, the film’s release has now been pushed to May, 2021. As per the reports, the film will release on May 12, 2021, as an Eid special treat.
Milap Zaveri, who directed the film’s first part, is also directing the sequel. Divya Khosla Kumar is the female lead in this patriotic drama. T-Series is bankrolling this project in collaboration with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani.
