The first single from legendary actor-director duo Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam’s highly anticipated pan-India gangster drama, Thug Life, was unveiled a couple of weeks ago. Composed by AR Rahman, this celebratory wedding dance number turned out to be a huge chartbuster.
Jinguchaa’s Telugu version was released earlier this week, and it has been received quite well by the fans of the iconic trio, Kamal, Mani, and ARR. Jinguchaa’s Telugu version is penned by Anantha Sriram and sung by Mangli and Sri Krishna along with Aashima Mahajan and Vaishali Samant. The song’s success has set high expectations for Thug Life’s Telugu version.
Thug Life also features Simbu, Trisha, Abhirami, Ashok Selvan, and others in prominent roles. The film is being produced under the Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies banners. The film is scheduled to open in cinemas worldwide on June 5.
