The pressure on Jhanvi Kapoor’s shoulders is finally off as her debut film Dhadak has been declared a hit and the film is nearing its 40 crore mark at the box office.
Jhanvi’s performance, in particular, has come in for good praise from all quarters. Jhanvi received the best compliment of her life when legendary singer, Lata Mangeshkar saw the film and praised Jhanvi.
The icing on the cake happened when Lata Mangeshkar said that she would love to sing for Jhanvi as she was a huge fan of her mom and Jhanvi reminded of her right away.
Lata Mangeshkar has sung many hit songs for Sridevi and it would be lovely to see her sing for Jhanvi. Dhadak is the official remake of Marathi hit Sairaat.
