While Janhvi Kapoor is currently busy filming Peddi with Ram Charan, her next Hindi film, Param Sundari, is gearing up for release.
Directed by Tushar Jalota, the romantic comedy was initially set to arrive in theatres on July 25, 2025. However, the release was postponed to avoid overlapping with the buzz around Saiyaara.
The makers have now confirmed a new release date. Param Sundari will hit screens on August 29, 2025. Along with the announcement, they unveiled the film’s first song, Pardesiya, a soulful track sung by Sonu Nigam and Krishnakali Saha, with music composed by Sachin–Jigar.
Starring opposite Janhvi is Sidharth Malhotra, who plays her love interest. The film is backed by Dinesh Vijan under the Maddock Films banner.
Set against a vibrant cultural backdrop, Param Sundari follows Param, a North Indian man, and Sundari, a South Indian woman, as their differences lead to a playful and heartwarming romance.
