The pre-release event of Kingdom was held last night in Hyderabad and turned out to be a grand affair, highlighted by a live performance from music director Anirudh Ravichander. The evening became even more memorable as lead actor Vijay Deverakonda shared heartfelt words about the film and his journey with the team.
With the film gearing up for its release on July 31, 2025, Vijay spoke about the mix of emotions he is feeling. “There’s a bit of nervousness, but we’ve made a good film, and the whole team is happy,” he said. Speaking to his fans, he added, “You are the biggest blessing in my life. Whether my films are hits or flops, your love never changes. This time, we are bringing you the hit you’ve been waiting for.”
Vijay made it clear that Kingdom is not just his film. “This is Gautham Tinnanuri’s Kingdom. He has been completely focused on this film from day one and is still working on it,” he said. He also praised Anirudh’s music, calling it a dream collaboration, and thanked producer Naga Vamsi for supporting the project without compromise.
The actor also acknowledged newcomer Bhagyashree Borse and co-stars Satya Dev and Venkatesh. “Satya Dev truly felt like a brother on set. He is not just a great actor but also a wonderful person,” Vijay shared.
He wrapped up by thanking the entire technical team. “Every single person gave their all for this film. Kingdom is coming to theatres in two days. We hope you love it.”
Releasing this Thursday, Kingdom is an important film for both Vijay Deverakonda and director Gautham Tinnanuri, making its result all the more crucial.
