A few months ago, the makers of Akkineni Akhil and Pooja Hegde’s Most Eligible Batchelor have announced that the film will have its theatrical release during the Sankranthi season.

Though the film has wrapped up a major portion of its shooting, to date, there is no further update on the film’s release. Meanwhile, the latest buzz circulating among film circles is that the team is planning to reshoot a few key portions in the film and it is the main reason behind skipping the announced festival release.

If the news turns into reality, we need to see how far will the above improvizations work for the film. Being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, Most Eligible Batchelor is produced by Bunny Bas and Vasu Varma. Allu Arvind is the film’s presenter.
