Stalwart actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan was in Hyderabad last night to promote his soon-to-release spy thriller, Vishwaroopam 2. Interacting with the media, Kamal had some nice things to say about Telugu audience.
“Some of the films that took me to great heights as an actor we’re made in Telugu. I am a proud Indian and I can proudly say that I am a Telugu. I have always believed that Telugu audience welcome and appreciate different attempts, and I am quite confident about Vishwaroopam 2’s response here,” said Kamal.
Written, directed and produced by Kamal Haasan, Vishwaroopam 2 also has Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose and Shekhar Kapur in prominent roles. The film releases on August 10. D Imman is the music composer.
