I am getting closer to my roots – Janhvi Kapoor about her south debut

Janhvi Kapoor is one actress who needs no introduction. She is choosing different scripts and gave a stellar performance in her last film, Bawaal. Her performances left the audience in awe, and they want to see more of her on the silver screen. Janhvi Kapoor’s new film with Varun Dhawan and Dharma Productions, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, was announced yesterday.

In a recent interview, the actress spoke about her south debut film Devara. Janhvi Kapoor said she is so happy to be part of Devara, through which she is getting closer to her roots and learning Telugu. As mentioned by Janhvi earlier, her mother and legendary actress Sridevi made her south debut opposite the great Sr. NTR.

Life is coming a full circle as Janhvi is all set to be her mother’s true successor. Janhvi is following Sridevi’s footsteps by making her south debut with Jr. NTR’s Devara. The gorgeous diva has three releases this year: Mr. and Mrs. Maahi (Stars Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor), Devara, and Ulajh (Stars Janhvi Kapoor and Roshan Mathew).
