Massive rains have been wreaking havoc on Hyderabad for the last few days. The city recently recorded the highest rainfall in 150 years. Scores of people lost their lives and thousands left homeless and jobless due to the rains.
Moved by the plight of the poor people who have lost their homes and jobs due to the rains, actress Samantha joined hands with Prathyusha Foundation and Dignity Drive Foundation. The volunteers of this foundation prepared food and distributed the food packets to the poor people who are facing an unprecedented situation.
