Bollywood actor Bobby Deol plays the antagonist, alongside a stellar cast including Sathyaraj, Sunil, Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Pujita Ponnada, and others. HHVM is produced by A. Dayakar Rao under the Mega Surya Productions banner and presented by A. M. Rathnam.
