Actor-filmmaker Vishnu Manchu is currently working on the most ambitious project of his career, Kannappa. The film’s shooting is underway in New Zealand, where a major portion of the movie will be shot.
In a latest update, Kannappa’s team has revealed that Vishnu Manchu zeroed in on New Zealand as the pristine scenic beauty of the country meets his grand vision for Kannappa. Vishnu believes that New Zealand’s natural beauty perfectly sets the backdrop for his cinematic masterpiece. Several acclaimed international technicians have been hired to bring world-class visuals onto the screen.
Apart from Vishnu in the titular role, Kannappa also features popular stars like Prabhas, Mohanlal, and Shivarajkumar in key roles. The film is being directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, while Vishnu himself is bankrolling the project on 24 Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment banners. Manisharma and Stephen Devassy are the music composers.
