Happy Birthday is a film that Lavanya had pinned a lot of hopes on. This was her first-ever female-centric film where she had played a double role for the first time in her career.
But sadly, the film opened to some disappointing word of mouth and has not been finding an audience at the theaters. Now that the weekdays have set in, the film did not find proper occupancy in Telugu states.
In fact, not any releases from Friday managed to stay afloat at the box office. Happy Birthday was directed by Ritesh Rana and Mythri Movie Makers produced it.
