A few days back, Gunasekhar announced that he is making a film called Shakuntalam. The film is a unique love story and by the title, we can clearly understand that it is going to be a female-centric film.
The suspense is on as to who will play the heroine in this film. The talk in the film circles is that Gunasekhar has approached none other than Samantha to play the lead in this film.
Though this news is yet to be confirmed, it has caught on all over. Samantha has to complete two Tamil films but is yet to sign a Telugu film. Will she say okay to this film or not needs to be seen. As of now, she is having a much-needed break.
