Game Changer headlined by Ram Charan has hit the screens yesterday. The political action drama directed by Shankar was made on a whopping budget. Kiara Advani played the love interest of Charan. The movie wasn’t promoted much in Hindi but it posted a very good opening.
According to trade pundits this Ram Charan starrer raked in 8.64 crores nett on its opening day. Before the release trade predicted that Game Changer would open below 5 crores nett but the movie exceeded the pre-release expectations by a good margin. After RRR, Ram Charan gained a good following among the Hindi audience and this helped Game Changer to fetch good opening despite low buzz.
The biggie received good reviews from Bollywood critics and is expected to show growth over the weekend. In the three day weekend Game Changer is expected to collect around Rs. 30 crores nett in the Hindi belt. Dil Raju backed this big-ticket entertainer and Thaman composed the tunes. SJ Suryah played the antagonist.
