Gadar 2 is perhaps aiming for the top spot among Hindi films. The film showed remarkable growth on its second Saturday and collected a mammoth 31 crores nett. As of now, the movie has raked in 336 crores nett at the domestic box office. It already crossed the lifetime collections of Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Hrithik Roshan’s War.
As per the trade experts, Gadar 2 will be overtaking the domestic collections of Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai, Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju, and Aamir Khan’s PK today. Also, it will be a cakewalk for this Sunny Deol starrer to cross the collections of Dangal and KGF 2 (Hindi version) in the coming days.
The Monday figures will give us an idea of whether or not Gadar 2 will zoom past Pathaan. Gadar 2 also stars Utkarsh Sharmaa, Ameesha Patel, and Simrat Kaur in vital roles. Anil Sharma, who directed Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, helmed this sequel too. Apart from direction, Anil Sharma also bankrolled the film.
