Oy! is actor Sidddharth’s one of the hit movies in Telugu. Directed by Anand Ranga, the movie, released in 2009, marked the debut of Shamlee, sister of Shalini Ajith.
Recently, an enthusiastic Twitter user asked Anand Ranga to re-release the romantic drama in theaters, as many movies are currently being re-released. The director replied that it is up to the producer, DVV Danayya, who is currently producing Pawan Kalyan’s OG, to decide whether to release the film again or not. To recall, Oy! received mixed responses when it was first released.
On the work front, Anand Ranga is busy doing a series called The Black Coat. Karthik Rathnam is the protagonist in this project, which will be released soon. Stay tuned for more interesting updates.
