Maddock Films has earned a reputation for its horror-comedy films, and the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe already has several successful entries, with more lined up. Their next project is Thama, which stars Rashmika Mandanna in a key role.
At the moment, however, all eyes are on Shakti Shalini and Maha Munjya. Shakti Shalini has been making waves after rumours suggested that Aneet Padda, who rose to fame with Saiyaara, might take over the lead from Kiara Advani. The speculation spread quickly, prompting the production house to clarify that no casting decisions have been finalised yet, and fans will have to wait for official confirmation.
The directors for these films haven’t been revealed either. Shakti Shalini is scheduled to start filming at the end of 2025, and producer Dinesh Vijan is expected to share updates when available.
