Dictator falls into piracy

Out of the four films released this Sankranthi, Dictator received good response, especially from Balakrishna’s fans. While the cinema is still running in theaters, a pirated version of the film made its way on You Tube.

Srivaas, the director and executive producer woke up to a rude shock when he kept receiving messages about the pirated version.

Ironically, the copy was uploaded from the account of a TV channel who bought the television rights to telecast the movie. The TV channel was also unaware of the upload and had taken down the copy.

The makers are now probing into the issue and are contemplating that it was done by an insider.
