Young and talented writer-director Sandeep Raj started his career with short films and gained recognition with Her and Athidi. His feature directorial debut, Colour Photo, which was released directly on OTT, turned out to be a sensational hit, propelling him to fame.
The accomplished filmmaker, who has written for numerous films and made appearances in a few, is now set to marry soon. He will tie the knot with Chandini Rao, a classical dancer who owns a production house. Chandini appeared in Colour Photo and has taken on lead roles in Ranasthali, Heads & Tales, and several web series. The couple is set to get engaged in Vizag on November 11, 2024, with their wedding scheduled for December 7, 2024, in Tirupati.
On the professional front, Sandeep Raj has announced his second feature film, Mougli, featuring Roshan Kanakala. Pre-production is currently underway, with filming expected to begin soon and a release planned for 2025.
