Superstar Rajinikanth is gearing up to entertain audiences with the action drama Coolie. The biggie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is slated to release on August 14, 2025, clashing with War 2. The shooting is already wrapped up, and Rajini is currently participating in Jailer 2’s shoot.
Jailer 2 is surrounded by solid anticipation since the first installment was a smash hit at the box office. According to a report in Telugu media, Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has been roped in for a key role in this much-awaited sequel. Vidya Balan is a terrific performer, and if she comes on board, it will be an advantage for the film.
Rumors also suggest that Nagarjuna and Balakrishna are part of the big-budget entertainer. Nelson has worked on the script for a long time and is pulling out all the stops to give the best possible output. Sun Pictures is bankrolling Jailer 2. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer.
