A biopic on Hyderabadi tennis champ Sania Mirza has been in talks for the last one year. Several Bollywood filmmakers tried to acquire the rights to showcase Sania’s inspiring achievements in the world of tennis. Sania took enough time before giving her nod to the film based on her life.
As per the latest reports, leading Bollywood production house, Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Films, has bagged the exclusive rights to make Sania Mirza’s biopic in Hindi. Although the name of the actress who will essay Sania’s role in the film is not revealed, the buzz is that Sania may make her acting debut by portraying herself onscreen. However, an official announcement regarding this buzz is yet to be made.
