If the ongoing buzz in Kollywood circles is anything to go by, fans of Prabhas and Tamil star Suriya can take a huge sigh of relief. Apparently, Suriya’s upcoming action thriller, Kaappaan (Bandobast in Telugu), may not hit screens on August 30, the same day Saaho is scheduled for release.
The latest buzz is that Kaappaan may be postponed to September 20, thereby averting the big clash with Saaho. This would give both the big budget entertainers enough breathing space at the box-offices down South. However, an official announcement is awaited from Kaappaan’s team regarding the postponement.
