Now, the news is that the makers will reveal the title of the film soon and we have come to know that the makers have locked Sarkaar Sitharam as the title of the film.
Close to four titles were locked but Balakrishna has finalized Sarkaar Sitharam as the title. Chandini Chowdary plays a key role in this film which has Urvashi Rautela as the heroine.
