Anushka learns painting for Silence; Artworks to be displayed soon

Star heroine Anushka plays a mute artist named Sakshi in her upcoming crossover thriller, Silence (Nishabdham in Telugu). To look believable in her role, Anushka underwent training and learnt all the nuances and body language of hearing and speech impaired people.

And according to the latest reports, Anushka also learnt painting. Apparently, she has gained search expertise that she even made beautiful paintings during the shoot. Nishabdham’s producer Kona Venkat is reportedly planning to display the artworks created by Anushka during the film’s promotional events.

Nishabdam is directed by Hemanth Madhukar. The film also features Hollywood star Michael Madsen, Madhavan, Shalini Pandey, Anjali, Subbaraju and Avasarala Srinivas in key roles.
