Sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander used to share his reviews on the X platform for the films he worked on. He would post cup and fire emojis whenever he felt a particular film would succeed at the box office. Most of his predictions came true, but lately, he has stopped posting these reviews.
During the promotions of Coolie, Anirudh opened up about the topic. “I stopped the emoji reviews because we know some films aren’t going to do well. So it isn’t right to post reviews. Also, it adds extra pressure on me. People started to expect reviews from me, and they are concluding that the movie will be bad if I don’t post those fire reviews,” commented the Jailer composer.
Anirudh added, “I liked a few films but didn’t feel like sharing the reviews. I genuinely shared my thoughts, but unfortunately, it backfired. However, I really enjoyed Coolie. I’m saying this live. I’m giving fire emojis to Coolie. It will definitely entertain everyone.”
