Ram Pothineni’s new film Andhra King Taluka is now playing in theatres. The emotional entertainer, directed by Mahesh Babu P, features Bhagyasri Borse as the female lead. Upendra appeared in a key role. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie has received positive reviews from critics. Ram and Bhagyasri are currently promoting the film in the USA.
Today, the producers interacted with the media, during which a journalist pointed out that the lead pair’s USA tour coinciding with the film’s release had impacted domestic promotions. Responding to this, producer Ravi Shankar admitted it was a misstep and said, “We also noticed the same thing. It has affected the domestic market. With the hero and heroine here, the hype will surely go up. We will analyse this strategy and rethink whether or not to implement it going forward.”
He further added, “Ram and Bhagyasri are giving their all to the USA promotions by visiting as many locations as possible without rest. We must appreciate their effort. We all miss Ram garu, but he will be back by Sunday, after which domestic promotions will resume.”
