Sundeep Kishan, Rakul Preet starrer Venkatadri Express is doing pretty well at the box-office. On the other hand, Sundeep Kishan and Merlapaka Gandhi, who directed the film, have been receiving compliments for their work from several quarters in the industry. Speaking to the media, Sundeep Kishan said, “It’s been four years since I began acting in films and the media has always been very supportive. I’m extremely happy today that Venkatadri Express has received a great response from the audience and I would like to thank the media for playing a crucial role in the film’s success.”
On the other hand, Sundeep Kishan was in for a big surprise when he got a call from Allu Arjun himself. Soon after his conversation with Allu Arjun, Sundeep Kishan posted on Twitter, “Just had Allu Arjun call and say he loved #VenkatadriExpress & that this is the most he has laughed in a long time :) His Arya inspired me to become a hero..so it was a moment of pride when he had such nice things to say abt #VenkatadriExpress ,thank u anna.”
Kiran had produced the film under Anandi Arts Creations banner. Chota K Naidu is the film’s cinematographer and Ramana Gogula had scored the music.
