Veteran producer Allu Aravind, who has been setting up a handful of projects for his OTT platform, Aha, is planning something unique for one of these projects. To be helmed by young filmmaker Sagar Chandra, the film is going to be a science, historical docudrama.
The docudrama will explore science, technology and history to showcase stories on iconic freedom fighter Jhansi Laxmibai, Newton’s gravitational force and nuclear bombs. ‘Beyond Textbooks’ is the title being considered for the series. More details will be revealed in the coming days.
