Alia Bhatt, who will next be seen in Yash Raj Films’ spy action drama Alpha, took to Instagram to call out those invading her privacy. In a two-page post, the wife of Ranbir Kapoor and mother of Raha expressed anger over the circulation of clips showing her Mumbai residence, still under construction.
She condemned the filming and online spread of the property, reportedly worth around Rs. 250 crore, calling it “a clear invasion of privacy and a serious security issue.” She asked people not to share the clips and to take them down.
Steeped in legacy, the property once belonged to Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. Now under renovation, it is set to carry Raha’s nameplate at the entrance. Reports suggest the couple plans to celebrate Diwali there this year, with more updates awaited.
