The much awaited trailer of ‘Akhil’, the debut film of the latest entrant from the Akkineni family, Akhil Akkineni, was released last night during the film’s audio launch event. The trailer looks grand in each and every shot and the film’s intriguing plot of a Telugu man helping an African tribe has raised the curiosity levels among fans.
Stunningly exotic locales, underwater adventure shots and the intense action sequences involving African militants are the main highlights of the trailer. However, it is the film’s hero, Akhil Akkineni, who stole the show with his screen presence and even those energetic dance movements.
Nagarjuna confirmed that ‘Akhil’ will be releasing on 22nd October as a Dasara treat for Akkineni fans.
