Nayanthara is one of the leading actresses down south. She was recently seen in Chiranjeevi Sye Raa Narasimhareddy and Vijay’s latest hit, Bigil. Nayan also has a couple of female centric movies in her kitty.
Now, if the latest buzz in kollywood circles is anything to go by, Nayanthara is said to be the front-runner to play the female lead opposite star Tamil hero Ajith in his ongoing film, Valimai. Although there have been several speculations regarding the leading lady until recently, it looks like Nayan will bag the project eventually. In the past, Nayan and Ajith shared screen space in movies such as Viswasam, Billa, Arrambham and Aegan.
H Vinoth of Khakhee and Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai fame is directing this high budget action entertainer. Boney Kapoor is bankrolling the project.
