Acclaimed production company bags the Telugu theatrical rights of Karthi’s Japan

After amusing audiences as Vallavaraiyan Vandiyadevan in master storyteller Mani Ratnam’s directorial Ponniyin Selvan, versatile actor Karthi is ready with his new film Japan. The movie’s teaser has already raised expectations amongst everyone. The comedy timing and mannerisms of Karthi have caught on well with the audience. The movie is going to be released worldwide this Diwali, and everyone is avidly waiting to have a delightful experience.

Now, here is an update for the movie buffs regarding this movie. Accordingly, Telugu theatrical rights of Japan have been bagged by popular production company Annapurna Studios, and it was officially announced by the makers and production company just a while ago. To note, Karthi’s previous film Sardar’s Telugu theatrical rights were also bagged by Annapurna Studios.

Anu Emmanuel is the female lead in this film. Sunil and Vijay Milton are playing vital roles. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the tunes. SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu are bankrolling this flick under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures. Japan will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. The exact release date is yet to be announced.
