We had reported a few days ago that veteran Tollywood hero Mohan Babu will be joining the team of Tamil star Suriya’s ongoing drama, Soorarai Pottru. Mohan Babu is said to be playing the antagonist in this much-awaited film. Just a while ago, Suriya took to Twitter and had some nice things to say about Mohan Babu.
Suriya said that it’s a pleasure to be on sets with Mohan Babu and termed his experience of working with the senior actor a ‘wonderful learning experience’. Suriya called Mohan Babu a ‘legend full of life and great discipline’. He thanked Mohan Babu for being part of the movie.
Soorarai Pottru is based on the life of Air Deccan founder Captain Gopinath. Sudha Kongara of Saala Khadoos (Guru in Telugu) fame is directing the movie. Suriya’s production house 2D Entertainment is bankrolling this project in association with Oscar-winning Bollywood producer Guneet Monga.
