The much-awaited day has finally arrived. The theatrical trailer for Rajnikanth and Shankar’s highly-anticipated sci-fi thriller, 2.0, will be released this afternoon at 12 pm. A grand and innovative event is underway in Chennai to launch the trailer. The film’s lead stars Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson, music composer AR Rahman and several other prominent stars are attending the trailer launch event.
2.0 is one of the most expensive films ever made in India. Naturally, all eyes are on the trailer, considering the sky-high expectations and unbelievable craze surrounding the movie. Nearly Rs 550 crores have been spent on the making of this never-before-seen visual spectacle.
Leading Tamil film production house Lyca Productions has bankrolled this magnum opus. The film is hitting the screens worldwide on November 29.
