The Independence Day weekend is here, bringing two star-studded films – Coolie and War 2 – to cinemas for your entertainment. With both movies drawing packed theaters, we’ve prepared a special OTT chart for you to enjoy a variety of movies and series straight from your couch.

Constable Kanakam:
Varsha Bollamma headlines this new Telugu series called Constable Kanakam, released yesterday on ETV Win. If you enjoy thrilling stories, it is an okay watch series. It is directed by Prasanth Dimmala.
Tehran:
What could be more special than watching a film about India and patriotism during Independence Day? Z5 chose this occasion to release the John Abraham-starrer Hindi spy thriller Tehran. Arun Gopalan directed the film, with Manushi Chhillar and Sharib Hashmi in other key roles.
Saare Jahan Se Accha:
Another espionage thriller worth checking out is on Netflix. Set in the 1970s, Saare Jahan Se Accha stars Pratik Gandhi, is directed by Sumit Purohit, and created by Gaurav Shukla. Interestingly, it also comes with a Telugu dubbed version, so you can enjoy it in your regional language.
Andhera:
If thrillers aren’t your thing and you prefer some chills, Amazon Prime Video brings you Andhera, a Hindi horror series also streaming in Telugu. Raaghav Dar directed it, while Gaurav Desai is the creator.
Virgin Boys:
For fans of romantic comedies with an adult twist, both Aha and Amazon Prime Video have the A-rated Telugu film Virgin Boys. This one’s best watched alone rather than with family around.
Janaki V vs State of Kerala:
Anupama Parameswaran and Suresh Gopi lead this legal thriller, which faced multiple challenges before its release. Within a month of its theatrical debut, it has now found a new home on OTT. Z5 starts streaming it from Independence Day, but the disappointing news for Telugu audiences is that the Telugu version is not available at the moment, despite earlier promises.
