Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula’s social drama Kuberaa opened to good numbers in the Telugu states. With the help of fantastic reviews and extraordinary word of mouth, the movie went from strength to strength in the Telugu states on day 2 and day 3.
The movie is registering superb collections, especially in the Nizam region. On its opening day, Kuberaa collected a share of Rs. 2.7 crores (including GST) in this territory, and on the second day, the film saw solid growth, earning a share of Rs. 3.2 crores (including GST).
On Sunday, the movie went into overdrive mode, amassing Rs. 3.55 crores share (inclusive of GST) in Telangana, taking the 3-day collection to Rs. 9.5 crores. Given the superb reports, the movie is expected to hold well on weekdays. King Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh played crucial roles. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes.
