Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s War 2 completed 6 days at the box office. With mixed reviews, the movie has so far made more than Rs. 300.5 crore gross globally. The Ayan Mukerji-helmed spy action drama remains steady on Tuesday.

The domestic collections are better than Monday’s, with a nett of Rs. 6.5 crore (Hindi) and a total domestic collection (all languages) of around Rs. 8 crore. How much more it will add to the collections in the coming days is awaited.

Apart from Hrithik and Tarak, the movie also stars Kiara Advani in a key role. Yash Raj Films bankrolled the biggie, with Pritam, Sanchit Balhara, and Ankit Balhara as composers.

Bollywood director Ayan Mukerji brought two powerhouses – Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR – together for the spy-action saga War 2. Despite the buzz, scale, and star value, the movie made little noise at the box office, making it an average fare.

The collections are gradually dipping each passing day, and its competitor, Coolie, is slightly ahead in all terms. This has made it a tough time for the movie to rake in huge numbers.

The domestic collections are hugely disappointing on its first Monday, which is the 5th day for the movie. Meanwhile, the scenario is the same in Nizam. It minted a share of Rs. 12 lakh (without GST), which is a huge drop.

What more it will earn this week remains to be seen. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the movie features Kiara Advani in the female lead role.

War 2 completed its first weekend with an average performance but failed to hold its ground at the box office in the crucial Monday test, a reality faced by many films. Jr NTR joined hands with Hrithik Roshan for a pivotal role, while Ayan Mukerji directed the film.

This spy-action drama struggled to rake in collections on Monday. It is estimated to have earned around Rs. 5.5 crore nett (Hindi version only) across the nation, marking a steep drop from Sunday to Monday.

How the film sustains at the box office in the coming weekend remains to be seen. However, trade analysts believe that it is likely to witness further drops in the days ahead. The simultaneous release Coolie is also facing a similar issue, though it is performing slightly better than this YRF production.
