Genelia is Krishnaveni

Genelia will soon be seen in the role of ‘Krishnaveni’ in an upcoming flick and sharing the screen space with her will be young hunk Rana Daggubati. This movie has been titled ‘Naa Ishtam’ and the shooting of the movie is complete except for two songs.A song will be shot in Malaysia soon.

Producer Paruchuri Kiriti says that Genelia’s character is key to the movie. “The hero in our film is an extremely selfish person who looks out for his own interests in everything. But his life changes completely once he comes across Krishnaveni. It will be interesting to see what those events are and why they take place”

Prakash Toleti is the director of this movie and the film is being made as a romantic entertainer with a unique characterization for Rana.

Spectacular artwork in Rajanna

‘Rajanna’, the period drama starring ‘King’ Akkineni Nagarjuna, is gearing up for a massive release on the 22nd of this month. Highly reliable sources from the industry have said that Rajanna features some spectacular artwork. Art Director Ravinder has worked his magic once again and the two major sets used in the movie, the nelakondapalli village set and the climax fort set, have come out extraordinarily well.

The attention to detail and the authenticity of the sets will leave the audience spell bound. The team worked extremely hard to recreate the atmosphere of a Telangana village of the 1950’s. Nagarjuna himself spoke about how much effort went into creating the right ambiance for the film.

Art director Ravinder is a mini celebrity of sorts in the Telugu Film Industry. He has won a patent for his advanced set making techniques and he used that for creating the house in Maryada Ramanna. He has a long and successful association with ace director S.S.Rajamouli.

I am not free : Samantha

The hot and talented Samantha says that she is not free. She is talking about time. The actress is so busy these days that she can’t even make time for friends. Her 2012 diary is already full and she has a number of films lined up in multiple languages.

Samantha says that she used to enjoy going around with friends during her college days. “There is not much time these days to have some fun with friends. I will be lucky if I can spend Christmas and New Year with family this year and I am desperately trying to” , said Samantha.

Inspite of all this, the actress says that she feels privileged to find herself in so much demand and she is grateful for that.
