OG day 1 collections: Pawan Kalyan’s film takes a mammoth opening worldwide

Pawan Kalyan’s OG is now the biggest opener for the star actor globally by a solid margin. What’s amusing is that OG collected double of Pawan Kalyan’s previous highest, Hari Hara Veera Mallu. The gangster action drama directed by Sujeeth features Emraan Hashmi and Priyanka Mohan in prominent roles.

According to the latest update shared by makers, OG collected over Rs. 154 crores gross worldwide, which is bigger than Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie. The movie is said to have recovered around half of its break-even target on the opening day alone, and the stage is now set for a strong weekend. After a long time, Pawan Kalyan has come up with promosing content, and the outcome is evident now.

Pawan Kalyan’s OG is undoubtedly the most-awaited Telugu film of the year. The gangster action drama directed by Sujeeth is scheduled for a grand release on September 25, 2025. The first single, ‘Firestorm’, which was released a few days ago, is now ruling social media.

Until now, the makers hadn’t revealed the leading lady Priyanka Mohan’s look, much to the fans’ disappointment. Today, the OG team has sprung a surprise by revealing two new posters of the actress. Dressed in a saree, Priyanka shines like a million bucks, exuding glow, charm, and a serene elegance. Priyanka plays Kanmani in this big-ticket entertainer, and she brings calmness to the protagonist’s life.
