After a long time, Ajith displayed his box office stamina with the gangster action drama Good Bad Ugly. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film grossed over Rs. 240 crores worldwide in its lifetime. Adhik Ravichandran delivered a remarkable fan service for Ajith, which is the film’s biggest strength. Though there has been criticism for its thin storyline, ultimately the movie succeeded in entertaining fans.
Netflix, which holds the post-theatrical streaming rights, has now revealed that the biggie will be available for streaming from May 8. Good Bad Ugly will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages from the said date. This is a good opportunity for those who missed watching this flick in theatres. The theatrical window is four weeks.
Due to poor promotions, the movie failed to make an impact in Telugu. Trisha Krishnan played the leading lady. Arjun Das, Priya Prakash Varrier, Prabhu, Prasanna, Shine Tom Chacko, and others essayed vital roles. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
