Akhil Akkineni is going through a rough patch in his career. After Agent, the actor took a significant break and revamped his projects. He is now back to entertain audiences with his sixth film, which Murali Kishore Abburu of Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha fame is directing.
Marking Akhil’s birthday, today the makers announced the title and unveiled the first glimpse. The film is named Lenin, and the glimpse packs a punch with thoughtful dialogue about reputation. The impact is enhanced by solid visuals and a stunning background score. Akhil’s characterization seems to be based on Lord Krishna, and his makeover is pretty good.
The movie comes with the caption, “No war is more violent than love.” The most sought-after actress, Sreeleela, plays the female lead. The project is being jointly bankrolled by Naga Vamsi’s Sithara Entertainments and Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios. Thaman is the music composer.
