Allari Naresh’s suspense thriller 12A Railway Colony is set to hit the big screens on November 21. The story is provided by Dr. Anil Vishwanath, who earlier delivered blockbusters like Polimera and Polimera 2. Nani Kasaragadda is the director and editor.

The makers have been promoting the well and the latest update reveals that 12A Railway Colony has been awarded a U/A certificate by the censor board. The approved runtime is 125 minutes (2 hours and 5 minutes).

The duration is perfect for a suspense thriller and if the content clicks, then the movie has a good chance to succeed commercially. Kamakshi Bhaskarla plays the female lead.

Produced by Srinivas Chitturi under the banner of Srinivas Silver Screen, the film features music by Bheems Ceciroleo. Sai Kumar, Viva Harsha, Getup Srinu, Saddam, and Jeevan Kumar play key roles.

Cinephiles and Tollywood breathed a huge sigh of relief after Cyberabad Police arrested Immadi Ravi, the mastermind behind the notorious film piracy portal iBomma, a couple of days ago. The bigwigs of Tollywood met VC Sajjanar, the Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police, and lauded the police department for throwing Ravi behind bars.

Today, the Telugu Film Chamber has conducted a press meet on this occasion, which was graced by Film Chamber President Bharat Bhushan, Producer C. Kalyan, and Chamber Secretary Prasannakumar. Film Chamber President Bharat Bhushan said. “We thank the Telangana Government and CP Sajjanar for arresting those involved in piracy.”

Producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao said, “Movie piracy happens from platforms like Qube and VFS. Producers must keep a strict eye on them. If we say we spent a huge budget on a film and then increase ticket prices, that’s not fair. Because of exorbitant ticket rates, audiences are choosing illegal ways to watch films. We must make quality films, not just high-budget ones. Big budget films are passing on the burden to the audience through high ticket fares.”
