Karisma Kapoor has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a share of her late husband Sanjay Kapur’s property for the welfare of their children.

Sanjay Kapur, who passed away recently, is reported to have left behind assets worth nearly ₹3,000 crore. According to early reports, Karisma’s legal move is aimed at ensuring her children’s financial security and rightful inheritance from her ex-husband.

Sources suggest that the court is currently assessing the claims, and preliminary discussions indicate that Karisma’s children could receive bonds valued at around ₹14 crore as part of the settlement.

The case has already drawn significant attention in legal and Bollywood circles. Sanjay Kapur married again after he divorced Karisma and passed away while playing Polo in the UK.
