Sudhakar Reddy said that the film is about hero overcoming his mistakes and weaknesses.

Director Anjiram noted that the producer was the reason for the film shaping up well. Heroine Moksha thanked the producer for giving her the opportunity. Another heroine Kushitha said that Neethone Nenu is a fine love story with all kinds of emotions.
