Today is Megastar Chiranjeevi’s birthday, and wishes have been pouring in from all corners for Tollywood’s matinee idol. Multiple updates from Chiru’s upcoming films were unveiled, but fans have been waiting to hear from Srikanth Odela. The filmmaker from Telangana who debuted with Nani’s Dasara earned the golden opportunity to direct his idol, Megastar, at a very early stage in his career.

The project’s announcement took social media by storm, and now Srikanth Odela’s emotional yet powerful birthday wishes for Chiru have grabbed eyeballs. Srikanth took to his X and wrote, “Nuv na Demi-God! Chiranjeevi tho oka photo digi intlo Amma ku choopedithey – first time nuv photo lo navavdam choosthunna ra ani cheppindi. That is my definition of Chiranjeevi.”

He added, “Ni yamma – Jeevithakaalam aade cinema ra Chiranjeevi. Ippudu Chiranjeevi tho cinema ante! Jeevithakalm gurthindipoyela teeyadam tappa inko option ledu. And finally! I miss my Chiranjeevi on screen. I promise I will bring him back! Na kosam nene teesthunna cinema idi. Na lanti prathi Chiranjeevi Abhimani kosam testhunna cinema #ChiruOdela. It’s a BLOOD PROMISE.”

Srikanth Odela became very emotional while wishing Megastar, and he visibly seems to be not satisfied with Chiru’s recent outings. Will Srikanth present the actor as he promised? Let’s see. Touted to be Chiranjeevi’s most violent film, the project will be produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas, with Natural Star Nani being the presenter. The project will go on floors next year after The Paradie gets released.
