The shooting of Kamal Haasan and Shankar’s prestigious project, Indian 2 was halted seven months back. Since then, there is no update on when the film’s shooting will resume.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz among Tamil media is that Shankar is going to shelve Indian 2 and kick-start a new project. Reportedly, Shankar is keen on making a multi-starrer with star duo Vijay Sethupathi and Yash.

However, an official confirmation regarding the above-speculated news is yet to be out.
