Sankranthi 2026 is gearing up to be intense, with multiple stars set to lock horns at the box office. Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu (MSG), Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaki Wignyapthi (BMW), Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju, Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari, along with a couple of Tamil dubbed releases, are all set to test their luck during the festival season.
Reportedly, Chiranjeevi’s MSG is expected to hit screens on January 12, 2026. According to the latest buzz, Ravi Teja’s BMW is set to arrive just a day after the Chiranjeevi starrer. The Raja Saab will be the first to hit the silver screens during Sankranthi, and industry insiders say there will be a comfortable gap between Prabhas’ film and the other festival outings.
Both Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu and Bhartha Mahasayulaki Wignyapthi are targeting family audiences, the latest speculations suggesting their close clash is turning out to be even more interesting. While the former is directed by Anil Ravipudi, the latter is helmed by Kishore Tirumala.
Adding to the crowd, Anaganaga Oka Raju is releasing a day after BMW, making this Sankranthi one of the most packed and competitive seasons in recent years.
